Spiratest Salmonella

Easy reading: a contamination in the sample will be shown by a variation in the color of the buffer.

How to use:

1. Open following the red dotted line
2. Remove the film carefully to be able to extract the buffer
3. Pass the buffer over the surface to be analyzed (an area of about 20 cm²)
4. Put the buffer back in the container
5. Put the buffer in contact with the culture area and press the container with your fingers.
6. Put the kit in an incubator for 16 hours at 37ºC.
7. Read the results. The color change indicates contamination in the samples taken.
