INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Maintaining a constant angle of aproximately 20º, slide the knive in an arc, from the handle to the tip, along the entire sharpener.
- In making these moves, avoid hitting the knive handle against the guard handle or the sparpening steel, because it could damage the edge.
- Each side of the edge must be sharpened alternately in even strokes covering the entire edge.
- Wash after using the knive sharpener.
