Ellastic mesh for meat caliber 18/4/S 50-meter roll
FEATURES
Natural latex core, coated with natural polyester thread in different colours, tubular weaving, 100% food-grade. Raw materials that do not lose colur when wet are used when the product is coloured. It withstands temperatures of approximately 200ºC and it is elastic. Its storage temperatue goes from 8ºC to 25ºC.
COMPOSITION
50% Natural texturised polyester without oils.
50% Natural latex.
USE
Its use is for packaging and for participating in finishing processes in the prduction of cured sausages and similar charcuterie products.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Its design allows its manual and semi-mechanised use.
The caliber is equivalent to the width. As it is a very high-quality latex, its elasticity is approximately 2 cm more.
As a guide, we show the following uses:
- CALIBERS 12-14-16: Chicken breast and small sirloin
- CALIBERS 18-20: Pork loin
- CALIBERS 22-24-26: Chicken, veal skirt, small turkey, pork nape
- CALIBERS 26-28-30: Turkey
