WATER knife sanitizer
The knife sanitizer is made of 304 stainless steel, designed to comply with food hygiene and safety standards.
Guarantees thorough cleaning of cutting tools by means of water at 82 ºC. Easy to install. Approximate capacity of 12 to 14 knives, depending on the size of the knife. Includes two holes for the disinfection of knife sharpeners (steels). High efficiency in CLEANING AND DISINFECTION of knives in meat industries.
Includes 750W resistance, thermostat, and knife-holder grid in white polyethylene.
