Innovative ready-to-use product for the control of mosquito larvae based on a quickly biodegradable vegetable oil (“ready biodegradability” OECD 301 B).

Indications

Specific for the treatment of stagnat water. It acts though a physical and mechanical action and it is effective for up to 4 weeks.

Mechanism of action

Once applied on the water surface, it creates a thin layer that drasticallly reduces the surface tension value thus avoiding, on the one hand, the development of the immature stages of mosquitoes (larvae and pupae), and on the other hand the laying of eggs by the adult females.

Directions for use

The product can be applied manually or with an appropriate sprinkler for the viscosity of the product.

• 1 ml of product per m² of stagnant water surface.
• From 1 to 5 ml of product for draining, depending on the amount or organic matter present.
