Porinox 2x2 sanitary changing room

Description

• The 2x2 m sanitary dressing room is designed to help swine facilities comply with Article 5 of Royal Decree 306/2020, of February 11, 2020.
• This dressing room provides an important element of biosecurity protection on the farm.
• The dressing rooms must act as a border point, and be installed at the only entrance to the closed area of the farm, thus delimiting the dirty part of the exterior with the clean part of the interior. This piece of equipment facilitates proper hygiene of workers and all authorized personnel, before accessing the interior of the farm.
• Module is fully equipped with components and accessories to comply with current biosafety regulations.

How it works

• At the entrance to the dressing room, you must leave dirty clothes from outside and go through the shower and sink. It is configured and built in such a way that the shower tray is a mandatory passage, encouraging its use. Once you are in the clean part, you must dress in clean work clothes and put on the appropriate clean footwear to access the barns.
• It is recommended to equip the dressing room with a boot cleaner to carry out a deep, easy, and effective cleaning of the footwear inside.
• In the clean area, there is a folding table where all workers and personnel who access the farm must be registered. This way we facilitate compliance with the zoosanitary visit plan. In this way, you will be able to have control and traceability in case of any possible health problems.

Installation

• To install the dressing room, all that is required is a firm and level surface and a water and electricity connection to connect and power the module. A drain must also be provided for the gray water generated inside.
• The entire structure of the module, all the finishes, and all the accessories are made of stainless steel. The walls and roof are made of sandwich panels for thermal insulation. The floor, interior walls, and benches are made of white Porpanel for easy cleaning.
